I have always been looked after by the staff at School Green. Although as a car driver it is a great advantage having the choice of appointments at both surgeries. The reception staff have always been very polite and helpful despite being busy with patients both in the surgery and the telephone ringing. I have been seen by the nurse on occasions who has always been patient and sympathetic to my squeamishness around needles. My GP always has time to listen. I never,ever feel that I am being rushed. This is a great comfort to me as recently I have had a great deal of family illness and have not intended to take time with my GP but have always felt looked after and understood . I have never had a problem with late appointments. There have indeed been times when I guess I have waited for a short while to go in to see the doctor. But as mentioned above, if necessary I am given the same amount of time or more than the previous patient. The surgery is always spotless. The waiting area is bright and pleasant with a varied collection of magazines. A huge advantage at School Green surgery is having a pharmacy right there on sight. Pat the pharmacist is also very friendly as are her staff.

Continue service provided.
Perhaps more book for next day appointments, for working patients, who need to give work notice .

Always friendly, helpful, go way beyond expectations. Doctors, staff, nurses, receptionists and chemist- Incredible. Best Surgery I've ever been to. Been here for 5 years.

The staff are extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Also the staff in the chemist could not be more helpful.

Overall, I have been happy with the Doctors Service, doagnosis etc. Access and appointment booking is very good. General customer service from the Reception is very good. I like the proximity and customer service from Pharmacy Staff. The building/environment is very pleasant, spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated.
